Solo show at Usagi Gallery in Dumbo, Brooklyn. In each comic, I explored the process of creating worlds that felt both fantastical and deeply intimate, and the use of science fiction elements to portray human emotion. The title of the show also alludes to the creation of artwork during traumatic periods; the process of creating itself is a protection spell against apathy and stagnation.
